Refund Policy


Lumma™ menstrual products are personal hygiene devices, so we unfortunately can’t offer any kind of returns or exchanges. We are currently offering a Buy One, Get One Free promotion so customers can try different sizes of our products to determine which are the best fit for them.

Remember it can take a little while to get the hang of using a menstrual cup or disc, so please read our instructions in the How to Use section of our website. Also visit our blog to read a few tips from Lumma™ about our products.

Our Facebook and Instagram accounts provide access to a huge community of Lumma™ users. They’re always eager to offer tips and tricks and to welcome you to the new world of menstrual discs and cups.

Orders that haven’t yet been processed can be canceled. Please email support@mylumma.com to find out if your order has been processed, and if it has not, our team can make the cancellation for you. Our team is available during business hours (EST) from Monday to Friday.

Please beware that orders are processed the same business day, or the following business day for orders placed during weekends.

If your order is successfully canceled, you will be notified with a confirmation. Please allow 3-7 business days for a refund to be credited back to you. Payments and refunds are processed by using the payment method selected at the time of checkout and may be processed through a third-party payment processor.

If your order has already been processed, there is no way for us to refund your purchase. Sales are final, and we cannot accept returns.
