If you have any problems after ordering our product, please contact our Customer Support department by email at support@mylumma.com so we can assist you.
You have the right to return your product as long as it is permitted by law.
Exchange and return conditions:
1) The product must be returned in perfect conditions with its original label and unopened package.
2) You can exercise this complaint as stated by law a maximum of 14 days after your order was processed.
3) In case of withdrawal, Lumma Cups will refund the total amount of the order.
4) The return will be made in the same place (by credit card, bank transfer, or another method) that the order was made.
Note: In case of refund by bank transfer, the customer will be required to provide bank details.
Who pays shipping costs when returning?
a) If it is a refund due to withdrawal, the customer must pay.
b) If the product is spoiled or in poor condition or has received the wrong product Lumma Cups will cover the cost.
Important: Being a personal hygiene products company the exchanges and returns are exclusive for inviolated packages (in case of withdrawal).
The only case we will make exchanges or returns to open packages are in cases of damaged or defective products (as analyzed by our team).
How to proceed in cases of loss?
Lumma Cups will resend your order if there is a proven problem in the delivery of your purchase.
Remember it can take a little while to get the hang of using a menstrual disc, so please read our instruction in the "How to Use" section of our website.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders that haven’t processed can be cancelled. Please email contact@lummacups.com to find out if your order has processed, and if it has not, our team can make the cancellation for you. Our team is available during business hours (EST) from Monday to Friday.
Please beware that orders are processed in the same business day or in the next business day if you ordered during weekends.
If the case of an order is successfully cancelled, you will be notified with confirmation. Please allow 3-7 business days for a refund to be credited back to you. Payments and refunds are processed by using the payment method selected at the time of checkout, and may be processed through a third party payment processor.
If your order has processed, there is no way for us to refund your purchase. Sales are final and we cannot accept returns.
